Captures the active form to print or email.

Exit
(Alt+F4)

Close Accredo, including all open windows. You can set a message to appear before closing by selecting Prompt on Application Exit in the Preferences - General tab.

Cut
(Ctrl+X)

Cut selected text or figures to the clipboard.

Copy
(Ctrl+C)

Copy selected text or figures to the clipboard.

Paste
(Ctrl+V)

Paste previously cut or copied text or figures from the clipboard.

Calculator
(Alt+F12)

Open the Accredo Calculator.

Calendar
(Alt+F11)

Open the Accredo Calendar.

Reminder List
(Ctrl+F5)

Open the Reminder List. The Reminder List also opens automatically when reminders are due.

User Memo List

Opens the User Memo List.

Phone Lookup
(Ctrl+F11)

Open the Phone Lookup.

Email Lookup
(Ctrl+F10)

Open the Email Lookup.

Compose Mail

Open a new mail message.

Global Memos
(Shift+F6)

Open Global Memos.

Global Links

Opens Global Links.

System Date

Open Enter System Date to change the date and period for Accredo.

User Login

Open User Login to log on to Accredo as another User.

Logged-in Users

Open Logged-in Users, to see which other users are currently logged in.

Window View

Tabbed View

When Maximised Style is Tabs switches between tabbed and window view. You can also double-click in tab title to switch to window view or maximise a window to switch to tab view.
