Links On...

You can view links for the selected masterfile, contact, document, transaction or Company (Global Links). To edit a Link, double-click the Icon in selected row, or click Record Open (F12). The link will be opened in the relevant program or application.

You can add links to pictures, brochures, manuals, websites, and other related files and objects outside Accredo. For example, you may wish to link PDF files of Invoices to Creditor records.

Drag files from MS Explorer to add a link or click Select File (F2) in the File field, to browse and select a file. Accredo stores links to files, not the files. We recommend having a system for storing, managing and backing up groups of files that are accessed from the Links tab. You can use the Links folder in your main Accredo folder, as this will be accessible to all users.

Links On... will synchronise with the Lookup selection, so if you select another record, it will show details for the selected record.

Hint: Add a Send to Links Folder option to the right-click menu from Accredo > View > Preferences > General tab > Add Links Folder to Send To list.
