Use the Shortcut List to customise shortcuts displayed in the Navigator and on the Toolbar.

The field headings in the grid show the field options Script Shortcut Editor. Double-click a shortcut to open. You can also access Script Shortcut Editor from Script Editor once a script has been saved by clicking Add Shortcut, or by selecting Add to Navigator when creating or viewing reports in Report Designers.

Type

The type of file or form the shortcut is for.

Script Name

Name for the shortcut.

User Code

The User Code this shortcut is available to. If left blank, is available to all users.

User Code Type

If a User Code is selected, shows the type of user.

Shortcut

The key combination containing Alt or Ctrl (or both) used to activate the shortcut.

Glyph

The glyph to appear as a toolbar button, or on the Navigator.

Toolbar

Selected, makes the shortcut available as a button on the toolbar.

Toolbar Name

The toolbar the shortcut will be displayed on. If blank, will be displayed on the main Accredo Toolbar.

Button Order

User-defined shortcut buttons are left to right of the Accredo toolbar, from lowest to highest button number; the number defines position. If unspecified, the buttons are the same as those for Script Shortcuts grid.

Hint

The hint to appear when you rest the mouse over the button.

In Nav

Make the shortcut available on the Navigator, the following fields become available.

Tab Name

The Navigator tab for the shortcut to appear on.

Folder Name

The shortcut folder name.

Nav Order

The place on the tab and in the folder. Select Accredo > Script > Display Navigator Item Ordering to see the order of tabs and items on the Navigator. Items with the same Order are displayed in alphabetical order. We recommend using unique Order numbers.

Tab Order

The position of the tab. Select Accredo > Script > Display Navigator Item Ordering to see the order of tabs and items on the Navigator. See above.

Form Caption

The caption to be shown on a Custom Table Form, designed in Table Designer. Available for Shortcut Type TD Custom Table Form only.

Toolbar

ToolbarExpand

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Edit (F11)

Edit the shortcut details in the Script Shortcut Editor.

Insert (F4)

Insert a new shortcut using the Script Shortcut Editor.

Duplicate (Shift+F4)

Duplicate the selected shortcut using the Script Shortcut Editor.

Delete (F3)

Delete the selected shortcut.

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of script shortcuts.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads changes other Users may have made.

Script Viewer

Edit Shortcut Source (F12)

Opens the source for the shortcut. For example, for Shortcut Type Script, opens code for the script in Script Editor.
