Calculator (Alt+F12) on the Accredo toolbar.
Two calculators are available,

Calculate tax or GST at the default rate for the Tax Regime selected (Regime is displayed/selected above the Tax button. See Tax Functions below). |

Recall the figure in the memory into the calculator (see Memory Functions below). |

Clear the figure in the memory to zero (see Memory Functions below). |

Add the figure in the calculator to the figure in the memory (see Memory Functions below). |

Delete the last digit entered. |

Accept the result of a calculation, paste it into the edit control and close the calculator (extended edit calculator only). |

Memory Functions
The memory is preserved across all uses and all instances of the calculator in a session. When the memory is active (contains a figure other than zero) the M at the top of the keypad is bold. When the memory is inactive (contains zero), the M at the top of the keypad is grey.
Last Operator
The last operator selected is displayed between the Memory Indicator and the Decimal Places.
Decimal Places
The extended edit calculator sets the number of decimal places to match the decimal places for the edit control. The desktop calculator uses a default of 2 decimal places. The figure between
and
indicates the number of decimal places set for the calculator. Figures in the calculator are stored to maximum accuracy. The number of decimal places selected simply determines the number shown and the value pasted back into an edit control. To round a figure before pasting it back into an edit control, reduce the number of decimal places before accepting the figure.
Tax Functions
Perform tax or GST calculations. Tax is calculated at the default rate set in GST Codes & Rates for the base Tax Regime. Click the relevant operator, then press T or click the
button to perform the functions listed below.

Extended Edit Control Functions
The extended edit calculator is designed to interact with the data. This calculator uses the edit controls, so the value in the edit control is in the calculator and the result of the calculations is pasted in the edit control. To discard the result of a calculation, leaving the value in the edit control unchanged, click
. To close the calculator and retain the value, click ![]()
