Phone Lookup (Ctrl+F11)
You can key in a phone number and select 
Lookup (F2) to list all Customer, Creditor, Contact, Sales Person, Store Person and User records that match the number.
Double click a record or press Enter from a record to open the maintenance form.
The lookup searches for an exact match on the full phone number as it appears in the record, or the transformed phone number. Transform phone numbers from Navigator > Setup > Company > Configuration > Settings > Phone Nos tab.

The Phone Number that has been matched. |
Phone Type |
The type of number, such as Phone Number. |

Selected, the record is set as Inactive. |
