Email Lookup (Ctrl+F10) button
You can key in an email address and select 
Lookup (F2) to list all Customer, Creditor, Contact, Sales Person, Store Person and User records that match the address.
Double click a record or press Enter from a record to open the maintenance form.
The lookup searches for an exact match on the email address as it appears in the record.
Partial Address

Selected, Lookup will return matches on all email addresses starting with the text entered. Clear, (default) Lookup will on return email addresses that exactly match the text entered. |

Party Code |
The Code for the record in the Table. |

Party Name |
The Name of the record in the Table. |

Email Address |
The Email Address that has been matched. |

Email Type |
The type of email address, such as Primary or Contact. |

Inactive |
Selected, the record is set as Inactive. |
