Accredo > View > Preferences > Display tab

Maximised Style

  • Tabs, (default) when maximised windows show as tabs in the main window. Switch between windows by clicking the tab or use Ctrl+Tab to cycle through open tabs. Windows are closed from the tab by clicking the close button or middle-clicking anywhere in the tab.
    Use the EnableWindowView Window View and EnableTabbedView Tabbed View buttons on the Global Toolbar to switch between tabbed and window view. You can also double-click in tab title to switch to window view or maximise a window to switch to tab view.
  • Classic, when maximised windows are maximised within the main window and title bars are merged.

Navigator

Determines the default position for the Navigator when the company is opened. The Navigator can be dragged between normal, docked or floating.

  • Normal Window, opens in the main window. If the Navigator is obscured, press Ctrl+F6 to scroll through open windows or click Navigator (Alt+F10) or go to Accredo > View > Navigator.
  • Docked Left, the Navigator is docked to the left of the screen. To dock the Navigator, drag it as far to the left as possible, a red line will appear. To undock the Navigator, drag it away from the screen edge. To minimise or maximise the docked Navigator, click Navigator (Alt+F10) or go to Accredo > View > Navigator.
  • Docked Right, the Navigator is docked to the right of the screen. To dock the Navigator, drag it as far to the right as possible, a red line will appear. To undock the Navigator, drag it away from the screen edge. To minimise or maximise the docked Navigator, click Navigator (Alt+F10) or go to Accredo > View > Navigator.
  • Floating Window, floats on desktop. If obscured, click Navigator (Alt+F10) or go to Accredo > View > Navigator.

Toolbar

Selected, show the Accredo toolbar. You can add shortcuts to the toolbar using the Shortcut List.

Clear, hide the toolbar.

Status bar

Selected, show the the lower status bar.

Clear, hide the status bar.

Report

  • Normal Window, (default) opens in main window, if obscured, press Ctrl+F6.
  • Floating Window, allows you to drag reports printed to screen across to another monitor.

Calculator

  • Floating Window, floats on desktop, if obscured, click Show Calculator (Alt+F12), or Accredo > View > Calculator.
  • Floating Window Always On Top, floats outside main window, always on top.
  • Normal Window, (default) opens in the main window. If the Calculator is obscured, press Ctrl+F6 to scroll through open windows, click Show Calculator (Alt+F12), or Accredo > View > Calculator.

An extended edit Calculator is available.

Calendar

  • Floating Window, floats on desktop, if obscured, click Application Calendar Show Calendar (Alt+F11), or Accredo > View > Calendar.
  • Floating Window Always On Top, floats outside main window, always on top.
  • Normal Window, opens in the main window. If the Calendar is obscured, press Ctrl+F6 to scroll through open windows, click Application Calendar Show Calendar (Alt+F11), or Accredo > View > Calendar.

Script Editor

This setting applies to the Script Editor, Report List and Snippet Manager.

  • Normal window, (default) opens in main window, if obscured, press Ctrl+F6.
  • Floating window, floats on desktop.

Reminder List

  • Normal Window, opens in main window, if obscured, press Ctrl+F6.
  • Floating Window, (default). Opens a separate window which may be dragged.

Memos (Alarms & Reminders)

  • Normal Window, opens in main window, if obscured, press Ctrl+F6.
  • Floating Window, (default). Opens a separate window which may be dragged.

Email Editor

  • Normal Window, opens in main window, if obscured, press Ctrl+F6.
  • Floating Window, (default). Opens a separate window which may be dragged.

Editor Font

Choose from available Fixed Width fonts for memos and Max Basic editors.

Use Accredo Scaling

Selected, Accredo handles scaling based on Display settings for your Primary monitor and Application size (below) can be set. Recommended when all monitors are using similar values for Windows scaling.

Clear, Windows scaling and Display settings for each monitor apply.

Application size

Set the size of the application. Defaults to 100%, but can be increased. Scaling is applied on top of any Windows scaling. Changes will be made when the application is restarted.

Note: Only available if Use Accredo Scaling (above) is Selected.

Drop Down Rows

The number of rows to be displayed in a drop-down. Defaults to 16.
