Active Phone

Integrate information in Accredo with incoming and outgoing calls using TAPI.

Phone buttons on Phone Number fields are enabled if an active phone is selected and TAPI is initialized and we can connect to the TAPI driver, or if the Allow Make Call without TAPI System Preference is selected.

Add Links Folder to Send To List

Selected, add Accredo Links as a Send To option on the right-click menu.

Clear, remove Accredo Links from the right-click menu.

Drop down key-press delay

The time delay between typing in a Lookup field, and the Lookup finding the nearest match. Increasing the delay can reduce network traffic. Defaults to 333 ms.

Drop down on Double click for Lookups

Selected, (default) double-clicking in a lookup will drop down the list.

Clear, double-clicking in a lookup will select all in the lookup control, but will not drop down the list.

Use Online Web Help

Selected, Help will be opened online in the default browser.

Clear, Help will be opened in the windows help file.
