Accredo Web Site

Opens the Accredo website homepage.

Contact [QSP]

Display contact details for your Accredo QSP as entered in the Licensee Details form. The QSP Company name will appear in place of [QSP].

Mail Defect Report

Email possible defect information to Accredo support. The Subject line is populated with your Accredo version, the Serial number and Licensee name.
If QSP details have been entered in Licensee Details your Accredo QSP will be cc'd in the mail message.

Mail Feature Request

Email a feature request to Accredo support. The Subject line of the message is populated with your Accredo version, the Serial number and Licensee name.
If QSP details have been entered in Licensee Details your Accredo QSP will be cc'd in the mail message.

Accredo Remote Support

Run AccredoTeamViewer.exe to allow remote connection for support. If the file is not found you will be prompted to download it and save it in the Accredo client folder.

About...

Shows the release number and version number. It also lists the Load Path, System Path and Update Path.

Provided there is internet access Accredo checks daily for new builds. Selecting Help > About also initiates a build check.
