Logged-in Users
Retrying... appears when you try gaining access to a record or module that another User has exclusive access to.
You can assign a Description to a session using MaxBasic. Click
Customise then select the Description field to show session descriptions in the list.
Note: You can sort the list by clicking on a column header. Click again to change between ascending and descending sorting.

All sessions |
Selected, all logged-in Users are listed regardless of the Company they are logged into. Clear, only Users consuming licenses are shown. |
