Logged-in Users

Accredo > View > ActionUserPreferences Logged-in Users

Retrying... appears when you try gaining access to a record or module that another User has exclusive access to.

You can assign a Description to a session using MaxBasic. Click Customise then select the Description field to show session descriptions in the list.

Note: You can sort the list by clicking on a column header. Click again to change between ascending and descending sorting.

State

A User is logged into the Company on that workstation.

A User on that workstation has exclusive access to the module.

Session

  • Win – Normal Windows Users.
  • COM – OLEDB or ODBC connected sessions or the COM Server.
  • Cmd - Command Line Scripts.

User

Accredo User Code.

Company

Company name the User is currently logged-in to.

Client User

Network User Name.

Client

Computer being used to access Accredo.

Server

Computer where the Accredo database resides.

Term Server

Computer being remotely accessed to use Accredo.

Data Path

Location and name of the data folder containing the Company data.

Show Workers

Selected, show Web Service Workers (WRK) in addition to WEB users.

Clear, (default) workers are not shown.

All sessions

Selected, all logged-in Users are listed regardless of the Company they are logged into.

Clear, only Users consuming licenses are shown.

Grid Toolbar

Print (Ctrl+P)

Print a report of currently logged in users or save as an Excel worksheet or PDF file to send by email.

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Refresh changes to current user list.
