Calendar (Alt+F11) on the Accredo toolbar.
You can set single click as the action for selecting a date in Workstation Preferences.

Go to today's date. This uses the Machine Date. |

Go back a year. |

Go forward a month. |

Go back a month. |

Move the direction of the arrow key in the Calendar. |
