Select a Company to open.

Close Company

Close the Company, leaving the Accredo session open.

Refresh All Data
(Shift+F5)

Refresh cached settings, user permissions and data in all open windows to reflect changes made in other sessions. Rebuilds the Navigator.

Backup Company...

Backup company data. The Company must be closed.

Lock Company / Unlock Company

Users with the required permission can lock an open Company for single User access, preventing access to the Company by other Users until it is unlocked or closed by the locking User. If the Company is locked, will appear in the Status bar.

Force User Exit

Opens Force User Exit. Logged in users can be forced to exit.

Restore Company...

Restore Company data that has previously been backed up. The Company must be closed.

Licensee Details

Add or edit licensee details, and secure Accredo.

System Login

Displays the System Login. Not available when a Company is open.

Capture Form

Capture the active form to print or email.

Print Setup

Select the default printer and print options for Accredo for this workstation. The options for Accredo are originally set to the default Windows printer.

Use Windows Default Printer

Reset the Print Setup to the Windows default printer.

Print Test Page

Print a test page from the Accredo printer. The test page provides information on the Windows version, printer setup and print area.

Refresh Printers

Force a refresh of the Printer List if Printers Available have changed since Accredo was started. e.g. A new printer has been added and has not shown up as expected.

Error Log

View, Resize or Email an Error Log. You can also generate a demonstration error.

Diagnostics

Open Diagnostics to view System information.

Exit
(Alt+F4)

Close Accredo, including all open windows. You can set a message to appear before closing by selecting Prompt on application exit in the Accredo Preferences - General tab.
