Status Bar

The Status bar is displayed at the lower right of the Accredo Window, below the Period Bar.

Provided there is internet access Accredo checks daily for new builds and subscription licence changes and displays a status icon.

The license and build checks go to: ops.accredo.co.nz, ensure this address is white-listed in your firewall.

To manually trigger a Build Status check select Help > About.

To manually trigger a licence check select File > Licensee Details and click the Check Accredo button.

Build Status (left of the Build)

ConnectSuccess

Up-to-date.

Update available (date).

ConnectFailure

Error (error message). e.g. Failed to connect. For Build Status check.

 

Build

Shows the build number of your version of Accredo.

Subscription Status
(right of the Build)

ConnectSuccess

For Subscriptions: Current (expiry date)

For Perpetual: Current.

Expiring (date).

ConnectFailure

Subscription Expired (date)

Error (error message). e.g. Failed to connect. For Subscription Status check.

 

Date

The System Date can be edited. To change the System Date, click in the field or go to Accredo > View > System Date.

Period

The System Period can be edited. The System Date must always be within the date range for the System Period. To change the period, click in the field or go to Accredo > View > System Date.

User

The User logged on to this session of Accredo. When logged into a company, to change the User, click in the field or go to Accredo > View > Company Login. When not logged into a company, click in the field to open System Login.

Data

The data file path for the open Company. Click this field or go to Accredo > View > Logged-in Users to show a list of all Users logged on to Accredo.

RecordLock

Appears if the Company is locked, see File menu.
