Restore files from an Accredo backup.

Company Name |
The name of the selected Company. Read-only. |

Company Path |
The location of the data directory for the selected Company. |

Restore Reason |
Enter the reason for the restore. |

Backup Location |
Select the backup file to restore. The default backup / restore folder is specified in System Settings and may be set per Company in Company Maintenance if required. |
|
Temporary Folder |
Windows temporary folder is used unless another folder is specified. |
|
Files to Include |
The list of files to be restored, separated by semi-colons and including wild cards. To restore all files in all folders from the Backup Location, type "*.*" Note: Restore all files to ensure Company database consistency. |

Files to Ignore |
The list of files that will not be restored, separated by semi-colons and including wild cards. Log files are not restored (do not change this). Warning: Restore all files. Accredo is integrated and regularly updates multiple files. Ask Accredo Support if you need more information. |

Include Sub-Folders |
Include sub folders in the backup in the files to restore. |
|
Overwrite Read-only |
Overwrite read-only files when the data is restored. Accredo does not include read-only files (default). However, if you have changed the properties of Accredo files to read-only, select the checkbox. |

Force Exclusive |
Selected, (default) initiate a forced exit for all other users on restore. Restore cannot be performed until all Users are logged out of the Company. Clear, a request for exclusive access will be sent to logged in Users with a forced exit from non-critical processes after a 5 minute countdown. It may take up to a minute to contact all Users. |
