Initiates a Forced User Exit then Locks the open Company for single user access, requires the Force User Exit permission. Can also be triggered by the MaxBasic LockCompany function.
Lock Company prompts for a Lock Reason which will be displayed when user access is locked.
is displayed in the bottom right of the Status Bar when the company is locked.
Unlocks the open Company to allow multi-user access. Can also be triggered by the MaxBasic UnlockCompany function.
is displayed in the bottom right of the Status Bar when the company is not locked.
Exiting the company also unlocks the company.
Note: Locking and Unlocking a company can affect Accredo Web Service users. Changes can take several minutes to be applied to Web Service workers.
