Default User Preference Location |
Select the location to save the preferences:

Max Sessions |
The maximum number of sessions that can be run, based on the Licensee details. Read-only. |

Win Sessions Limit |
The maximum number of Windows sessions that can be run. If no limit is set (limit shows as 0) then all sessions can be consumed. e.g. To ensure a session is always available for the Web Service set the Win Session Limit to Max Sessions - COM Sessions Reserved - 1. |

Web Sessions Limit |
The maximum number of Web sessions that can be run. If no limit is set (limit shows as 0) then all sessions can be consumed. Note: When the number of web sessions is changed, it can take up to 15 minutes for the change to be applied to the web service. The new web limit will be applied after tokens expire. To apply changes more quickly, you can:

Allow Win sessions |
Selected, (default) new System users can login to the Windows client. |

Allow Web sessions |
Selected, (default) new System users can login via the Web Service. |

Allow ODB sessions |
Unselected, (default) new System users cannot login via ODBC / OLEDB. |

Allow Cmd sessions |
Unselected, (default) new System users cannot login via the command line. |
|
Allow COM sessions |
Unselected, (default) new System users cannot have Win session access. |

The above defaults apply to new users and those imported from companies. They may be modified per user in SYS Users to control access type per user. |

Company Data Path Prefix |
The prefix to be included in the data path when new companies are created. |

Sync Accredo User Company Ordering |
Selected, the Company tab for the Accredo System User will be synchronised with the ordering applied to the Company Maintenance form. |

Send Bug Reports via Http |
Selected, (default) all Error reports which are sent using mail bug report will be sent via HTTP. It should be selected unless using Classic Outlook or other MAPI enabled email client to ensure Error reports can be sent. Unselected, send using Auto detected MAPI mail client. |
