If errors occur, the Error Log can be used to diagnose the source.

View...

Opens Error Log Viewer - errors are listed in the grid, with details for a selected error below.

	Print List	Opens the Error Log Report Selections Form. Prints all errors in the list.
	Filter / Sort List `(Ctrl+F2)` Clear Filter / Sort `(Ctrl+F3)`	Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.
	Refresh `(F5)`	Reloads any changes made by other Users.
	Mail error report	Email error details to Accredo Support. MAPI compliant email must be installed.
	Print Report	Print details for the selected error.

Resize...

Resize reduces the Error Log by deleting oldest entries. Use the slide control to adjust the error log size, then click OK or press Enter to resize.

Resize is recommended if the log file exceeds 1GB in size.

Zip and Mail...

Creates an email addressed to Accredo Support, with the Error Log attached in a zip file. MAPI compliant email must be installed.

Generate Demonstration Error

Displays a demonstration error. This can be used to guide Users if an error appears.

Prune Invalid Login Warnings

Prior to version 6 failed login attempts were recorded in the Error Log, in version 6 these are recorded in the System Audit Log if Use SSO is enabled.

Select this option to selectively remove these warnings while retaining other errors and warnings.
