System Login

Accredo > File > System Login - OR -

Click the User field of the status bar in the lower right of the main Accredo window when not logged into a company - OR -

Opens on startup if System Login is required. When you select System Login, the current System User will be logged out. If you are logged into Web Services, you will be logged out of Web Services when the system user is logged out.

System Users are set up in Accredo > File > System > Users.


User Code Password		Enter the User Code or Email Address and Password.
	Show Password Hide Password	Toggle Password visibility to check your input.
	Change Password `(Alt+C)`	To change a Password, enter the existing password in the Old Password field (if one exists), enter the new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields. This is available dependent on Permissions. If the System User is synced to any Company Users, the password will also be changed for the Company Users.

This is not available when logged into a Company.

If One-time password (OTP) is enabled in System Settings - Passwords and OTP is required for the User:

They will be prompted to enrol for OTP if their OTP Status is Pending.
They may be prompted for the OTP depending on the Date of Last OTP Entry and the required one-time password frequency setting in System Settings - Passwords.
