Force User Exit

Accredo > File > Force User Exit

Force one or more users to exit a company.

If you are logged into a company and have Permission, you can force a user to exit the Company you are currently logged into.

If you are logged into the system but not a company, and you have System Permission to Force User Exit, you will be prompted to select a company to log users out of.

Exit

Double-click in Exit in a User row, or click the SelectOne Select User button to select the User for Force Exit.

- The user is selected for Force Exit.

- The user cannot be forced to exit the company.

Session

The Session Identifier. The prefix indicates:

  • Win – Normal Windows Users.
  • COM – OLEDB or ODBC connected sessions or the COM Server.
  • Cmd - Command Line Scripts.

User

Accredo User Code.

Company

Company name the User is currently logged-in to.

Client User

Network User Name.

Client

Computer being used to access Accredo.

Server

Location of the Accredo database.

Term Server

Computer being remotely accessed to use Accredo.

Path

Location and name of the data folder containing the Company data.

Grid Toolbar

RecordFilterSort_Hot

Filter / Sort List (Ctrl+F2)

Clear Filter / Sort (Ctrl+F3)

Apply or clear a Filter & Sort. The button changes to indicate if a filter and sort is applied.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Refresh (F5)

Refresh changes to current user list.

SelectOne

Select User

The selected user will be flagged for forced exit.

UnselectOne

Unselect User

The selected user will not be flagged for forced exit.

Buttons

Force Exit

Force the selected Users to exit the Company. The selected users will be notified with a one-minute warning period, and will be forced out at the end of the period.

Cancel

Close the form.
