Screen and Form Capture

You can capture an image of the desktop, then print, email or save as a jpg file. This is useful when:

• Describing a problem to Accredo Support via telephone or email.
• You need a screen shot to include in company documentation.
• You need to print a copy of the screen you are working in.

To access screen capture:

• Press the Print Screen keyboard button to capture an image of the entire desktop - OR -
• Press Alt+Print Screen to capture only the Accredo windows - OR -
• Use the Capture (File > Capture Form) button to capture only the active Accredo MDI (Multiple Document Interface) child window.

The image will also be copied to the Windows clipboard.
