Flexible Output and Archiving

Once documents are created, they can be generated individually or in batches—daily, weekly, or monthly. Easily email them as PDFs directly to your customers and retain digital copies for future reference. With up to 99 years of electronic history, you can retrieve and resend any invoice or related document at any time in its original format.

Accredo also supports e-invoicing, enabling you to send structured digital invoices directly between accounting systems using the Peppol network. This reduces processing time, eliminates manual data entry for recipients, and helps you get paid faster with improved accuracy and security.
