Stocktake Counts

Conduct stocktake counts seamlessly by selecting products from your inventory list and tallying quantities using a Bluetooth barcode scanner or the device's camera. Each scanned item is saved into a list, which can then be finalized as a count.

Flexible Counting Options

The app supports various counting methods, allowing you to count single rows, entire product lines for a given location, or goods allocated to specific store personnel. This flexibility provides granular control over stocktaking processes.

Draft Counts

If a stocktake is interrupted, you can pause and save it as a draft. The count is stored locally on the device, enabling you to resume the task at a later time without data loss.

Product-Specific Reports

Access any product-specific report set up in Accredo directly from the app. These reports detail quantities, locations, and other relevant information, providing real-time insights into your inventory. The app also allows users to create and edit product records directly from the device, including updating names, codes, and descriptions. Users can also view stock availability across multiple locations in real time, providing full visibility into current inventory levels.

Image Uploads

Enhance product records by uploading images into the Accredo system. You can select existing pictures from your device's camera roll or capture new photos on the spot, aiding in product identification and documentation.

Bin Counts and Movements

The app facilitates bin counts and bin movements, allowing for precise tracking and management of inventory locations within the warehouse.

Barcode Scanning Support

Utilize Bluetooth barcode scanners or the device's camera to scan product barcodes, streamlining the data entry process and reducing manual errors during inventory tasks.
