Accredo will soon be bringing AI directly into your business with AI-Read and AI-Write. Whether you want to ask questions about your data or have AI take action on your behalf, there is an option to suit your needs.

• AI-Read: An AI-Read user gets AI access to your Accredo data—customers, suppliers, inventory, orders, invoices, payments, and more. It understands any custom fields you’ve set up, so it works with your data the way your business does. Simply ask it any question in plain English whose answer is in your Accredo data, and it can produce reports and dashboards on demand.

• AI-Write: An AI-Write user gets everything AI-Read offers, plus the ability to take action. Under your direction, the AI can create transactions, update records, and run business processes on your behalf.

Each AI Assistant user can only see and do what they are already allowed to. Your existing Accredo permissions always apply.

Both are powered by Accredo’s MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, which serves as a bridge between your Accredo system and AI assistants such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.

AI-Read and AI-Write are coming in after version 9, you will need to be on version 9 or later to use them, and the Accredo Web Services module must be installed.
