Reports

The Reports section gathers every report available to you into one place in the navigator drawer. Each report opens in a single shared Report Runner, where you set selection criteria, run the report, and view, print, or export the results.

How Reports Are Organised

In the navigator drawer, the Reports section can contain two branches:

Web

Reports defined for the Browser App. They are grouped by module, then by subcategory, for example Reports › Accounts Receivable › Customer Reports. Modules are listed alphabetically by label.

Any saved layouts you create appear underneath their subcategory, alongside an Add Layout... link.

Desktop

Report layouts defined on the server (the same layouts you see in the desktop Accredo Navigator). They are arranged into the same folder structure used on the desktop. A refresh button next to the Desktop heading re-fetches the list from the server.

Note: The Web and Desktop headings only appear when both branches have reports to show. If only Web reports are available, the module groups sit directly under Reports; if only Desktop layouts are available, those appear directly under Reports instead.

What You Can See

The list of reports is tailored to you. A report is only shown when:

Note: If no reports match your modules and permissions, the report area shows the message “No layout reports are available for your current modules and permissions.”

Finding and Opening a Report

Opening the Reports area shows a card for each available report. Cards are grouped into a tab per module, with a count of the reports in each module. Each subcategory is shown as a heading with its report cards beneath it.

Tip: Each report card shows the report title and its report code. The report code can also be used as a search term.

Module Report Areas

Each released module has its own set of report categories. The reports themselves are defined on the server, so the exact reports and subcategories depend on your installation.

Accounts Receivable Reports

Customer, transaction, and analysis reports for the Accounts Receivable module.

Accounts Payable Reports

Creditor, transaction, and analysis reports for the Accounts Payable module.

Inventory Control Reports

Product, stock, and movement reports for the Inventory Control module.

Invoicing System Reports

Invoice, credit, and quote reports for the Invoicing System module.

Order Entry Reports

Order and fulfilment reports for the Order Entry module.

Company Reports

Company-wide reports. Company reports are always available regardless of which other modules are licensed.

Running and Customising Reports

Report Runner

The single screen every report opens in. Set selection criteria, run the report, then view, sort, filter, adjust columns, print, and export the results.

Selection Criteria

How the shared selection forms work, including code lookups, ranges, periods, dates, and other input types used to narrow the data a report returns.

Saved Layouts

Create, rename, reorder, and delete your own named report layouts, and add them as dashboard shortcuts.
