Company Reports

The Company section of the Reports area lists the reports defined for the Company module (module code CO). These are company-wide and system-level reports that are not tied to a specific accounting module such as Accounts Receivable or Inventory Control.

Where Company reports appear

Open the navigator drawer and switch it to the Reports view using the toggle at the top. Reports are organised by source and then by module:

Desktop

Reports defined in the Accredo desktop client and made available to the web app. These are arranged into the same folder structure used by the desktop Navigator. Company desktop reports appear within that folder tree.

Web

Layout reports defined for the web app. Each module that has reports appears as its own branch; the Company reports are listed under the Company branch.

The Web/Desktop split appears only when both sources have reports to show; in that case the navigator lists the Desktop branch first, then Web. When there are no Web reports, the Desktop branch is shown directly under Reports (keeping its Desktop label); when there are no Desktop reports, the Web module branches are shown directly under Reports without an intervening Web node. Module branches are sorted alphabetically by their label.

How Company reports are grouped

Within the Company module, Web reports are grouped by their server-defined Category and SubCategory. The navigator lists the subcategories under the Company branch; selecting a subcategory opens the report list filtered to that subcategory, where the individual reports appear as cards.

Each report subcategory also offers an Add Layout... option. A layout is a saved set of selections, filters, sorting, and column choices for a report, so you can re-run a configured report without re-entering its criteria each time.

Note: The exact categories, subcategories, and report titles shown here come from your system's report metadata, not from this app. The list reflects the reports configured on your Accredo company, so it may differ between sites.

Availability and permissions

A report only appears if you have access to it. Two checks are applied:

Module availability

The report's module must be available on your system. The Company module is always treated as available, so Company reports are not hidden on the grounds of module licensing.

Permission level

Each report has a required permission and minimum level. The report is shown only when your permission level for it meets or exceeds the required level. Reports you are not permitted to run are omitted from the list entirely.

Released modules only: The Reports area surfaces reports only for modules that are currently released in the web app. Company is one of these released modules.

Running a Company report

Selecting any report — Web or Desktop — opens it in the shared Report Runner. There is no separate page per report; every report runs through the same runner, where you set its selection criteria, run it, and view, sort, filter, and print the results.

Tip: Use the search box at the top of the report list to find a report by title, report code, or report name across all modules without browsing the category folders.
