Inventory Control
The Inventory Control module manages product records, stock quantities, pricing, stock movements, and bill of materials (components).
Manage your product master data, including cost prices, selling prices, units of measure, tracking settings, and stock quantities.

View and search the list of all products. Add new products or select existing ones to view their details.

View and edit product information including pricing, cost prices, units of measure, tracking, supplier costs, bar codes, and locations.

View stock quantities for a product, including quantities by location (Saturn) or product-level summary (Mercury), and pending stock movements filtered by module.

View stock quantities by location with serial-number and lot tracking detail for products where serial or lot numbers are recorded. Saturn editions only.

View pending stock movements for a selected product, filtered by motion type, stock group, and location.

View and manage product components with parts grid, cost totals, sell price comparison, and serial number/expiry settings.

Maintain stock group records with GL account assignments for closing stock, cost of sales, purchases, adjustments, write-offs, revaluation, and expense recovery.
