The Accounts Receivable reports area lists the reports available for the AR module. Every report opens in the shared Report Runner, where you set selection criteria, run the report, and view, sort, filter, and print the results.
AR reports are reached from the Reports section of the navigator drawer and from the Reports list page. Both are populated from report metadata supplied by the server, so the exact set of reports you see depends on your installation, your licensed modules, and your permissions — not a fixed list built into the app.
Two kinds of report can appear:
| Web reports |
Reports grouped under the Web branch, organised by module and sub‑category. The Accounts Receivable group collects every web report whose module is AR. |
| Desktop reports |
Server‑defined report layouts grouped under the Desktop branch, arranged in the same folder structure as the desktop Accredo Navigator. AR desktop layouts appear within their Accounts Receivable folder. The named Web and Desktop sibling branches appear only when both web reports and desktop reports have content. When only desktop reports exist, the Desktop branch is shown on its own directly beneath Reports; when only web reports exist, the module folders are shown directly beneath Reports without a Web wrapper. Use the refresh icon on the Desktop branch to reload the server‑defined layouts. |
Within the Reports list page, modules are shown as tabs (each tab shows a count of its reports), and the Accounts Receivable tab contains the AR reports. Reports are grouped by sub‑category, and each sub‑category heading shows the cards for the reports it contains. Each report card shows the report title and report code, with Run and Add Layout buttons.
The grouping is driven entirely by the report metadata. Each report record carries a Module, a Category, and a Sub‑category:
A report is shown in the AR area only when both of the following are true:
| Module availability |
The Accounts Receivable module must be available in your installation for AR reports to be listed. |
| Permission level |
Your permission level for the report's required permission must meet or exceed the level the report requires. Reports you are not permitted to run are hidden from the list. |
In addition, reports for modules that have not yet been released in the browser app are filtered out of the navigator Reports tree. Accounts Receivable is a released module, so its reports are available.
