The Inventory Control reports let you print and view product, stock and movement information. They are reached from the Reports view of the navigator drawer and all run through the shared Report Runner.
The navigator drawer has a toggle at the top that switches between Main (the normal data screens) and Reports. Switch to Reports to see the reports tree. Reports are organised into two branches:
| Desktop |
Reports and saved report layouts defined on the server (the same ones available in the desktop Accredo client). These follow the folder structure set up in the desktop Navigator. A refresh button on the Desktop heading reloads this list from the server. When both branches are present, Desktop is shown first. |
| Web |
Reports defined for the browser app. They are grouped by module, and within a module by sub-category. Inventory Control reports appear under the Inventory Control module heading. |
The grouping shown under Inventory Control is driven entirely by your Accredo system's report metadata, not fixed in the app. Each report record carries a Module, a Category and a Sub-category:
A report only appears in the tree when both of the following are true:
| Module available |
The Inventory Control module must be licensed and enabled for your company. If Inventory Control is not available, none of its reports are shown. |
| Permission level |
Your user permission level for the report must be at or above the level the report requires. Reports you do not have permission for are hidden from the list. |
As well as the navigator drawer tree, reports are shown on a Reports list page. There the modules are presented as tabs, and each tab shows a count of its reports. When the list is filtered to a single module, the module name is shown as a heading instead of tabs. Within a module the reports are grouped under sub-category headings, and each report appears as a card showing its title and report code with Run and Add Layout buttons.
The list page has a search box at the top that filters reports by title, report code or report name across all modules. While a search term is entered, matching reports are shown together grouped by module rather than in the tabbed view.
