Set SMTP options for the System, to be used by email objects when the user is not logged onto a company, such as for provisioning emails. These can be used by mobile apps, to provide a link between the app and the client for download. The SMTP Settings are also used for emailing error messages when users are not logged into a company.
Server Address |
The name or IP address of the SMTP Server used to send email. |

Port |
The SMTP port used for transmission, defaults to 25. |

Authorisation |
If a User name and password are required, these are set per user under System Users - Email tab. |

Transport Security |
Select the protocol used to encrypt the connection:

Authentication Model |
Select the Authentication Model for SMTP.
|

OAuth2 Provider |
Set to Office 365 (SMTP) if Authentication Model is OAuth2. |

Connection Timeout |
The number of milliseconds to wait before making the connection timeout. |

Batch Emails Per Min |
The maximum number of batch emails to be sent per minute. |

Allow Microsoft 365 web |
Selected, enables Microsoft 365 as an option for Compose, Send Batch and Send Mailer. Unselected, Microsoft 365 is not available. |

Allow User Selection |
Selected, a different Compose option may be selected in System Users - Email tab. Unselected, all Users use the System Compose option. |

Select send method for single emails using the Accredo Mailer:
