View existing companies for a System User. You can set one company as the default for the system user. When the user logs in, they will be automatically logged onto their default company.

Indicates if company is a Live, Demo or Test company. |

User Exists |
Shows whether the user exists in the Company:

Password Matches |
Shows whether the System User's password matches their password in the Company:

Grid Toolbar |

Expand Toolbar |
Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press |

Insert |
Select to add new Companies or a Separator line. |

Move up |
Move the line up or down. If Sync Accredo User Company Ordering is selected in System Settings, this will be unavailable for the Accredo User. |

Delete |
Delete the selected Company from the List. |
|
Sort |
Select the sort criteria in Sort - Companies. |
|
Customise |
Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid. |

Sync Users ( |
Synchronise the user with the companies. If the User does not exist in a company, creates a Company User with matching User Code and no permissions. The passwords will be synchronised. |

Check User Matches |
Check if the user exists in the companies and if the password matches, and update these fields in the grid. |

Set Default Company |
Select a company to be the default company for the customer. Default Company is displayed in Bold. When the user logs in, they will be automatically logged into this Company. |
Note: This tab is not available for Groups, as Groups do not have Companies.
