Edit Company Modules (F11)
Add a new Company or edit a Company. Only available when the company is closed.
Accredo can have an unlimited number of companies. Some modules are interdependent.

Code |
Enter a meaningful Code for the company. |

Name |
Enter a name for the Company. |
|
Path |
The Path will default to the Name of the company. |
|
Country |
The country the Company operates in. This affects GST options and can only be edited when creating a new Company. |

Currency |
This will default from the Country. |
|
Tax Regime |
This will default from the Country. |
|
Modules |
Selected, the module will be added to the Company on Save. Clear, the module will not be available for the Company, and will be removed from the Company if previously available. Note: Removing a module from an existing Company requires System > Company Maintenance > Control permission. The user is prompted to confirm a backup has been taken and data files for the module are deleted on Save. Adding a module to a Company first removes any existing data found for the module in order to add clean data files to the Company. |

Users tab |

When Single Sign On is enabled, the Users tab is shown. Lists users with access to the company. When new companies are created, the ACCREDO Master User (with password ACCREDO) and the logged in system user are automatically added. The logged in system user will have control permission for user access and permissions in the company. |
