When a module is locked by another user, the Retrying... dialog is displayed. This shows the User ID and details of the User who has locked the module.
Select All Sessions to see all users in all sessions. You can also go to Accredo > View > Logged-In Users to see this.
You can click Cancel to close the dialog, or leave it open to wait for the module to become unlocked. When the module is unlocked, the dialog closes.
