Use Windows to draw transparent glyphs |
(Default). If purple or green shadows appear behind toolbar button glyphs, video drivers may conflict with the Windows version. Accredo support may advise to clear the checkbox. |

Show stack traces in diagnostics |
If there are system errors in MaxBasic scripts Accredo Support may advise this option. |

Enhanced bitmap printing |
Can be used to solve printer driver errors when printing bitmaps over 64Kb, or printing colour bitmaps to black and white (may print partial or corrupt images).

Zero printer device mode paper width & length |
If the printer driver reports paper size 0 Accredo support may advise selecting this option. |

Printer diagnostics level |
Printer diagnostics level option, write printer messages to the Error log - 0 being none, 1, significant messages, 2, all messages. |

TAPI diagnostics level |
Level options, 0 being none, 1, significant messages, 2, all messages. All TAPI events trigger the OnPhoneCall event to detect the type of TAPI event. |

Mail diagnostics level |
Logging for Http and SMTP emails. |

Use separate thread for SMTP |
(Default). If problems occur with SMTP using SSL authorisation Accredo support may advise to clear the checkbox. |

Selected, if stack trace errors occur, they will be captured in the diag.log file. |

Selected, (Default) View Saved Report and ViewPDF functions open Adobe PDF reader embedded. Unselected, open PDFs externally from View Saved Reports or ViewPDF function when Adobe PDF reader is used. Unselect if you experience issues with Adobe PDF reader running embedded. |
