View stock quantities and pending stock movements for a selected product, with serial-number and lot tracking detail. This is the tracked-stock companion to the Product Quantities page; use it for products where serial numbers or lot numbers are recorded against stock.
Use the product lookup at the top of the page to choose a product. The selected product code is kept in the URL so the page can be bookmarked or shared. Until a product is selected the page shows a "Select a product to view quantities and pending movements" prompt.
Once a product is selected, the page shows a row of tabs: a Stock tab followed by one tab per pending-movement class. The Stock tab holds the quantities-by-location grid and the serial/lot tracking detail; the remaining tabs each list the pending movements for one class. Each pending tab label includes a count of matching rows.
The top half of the Stock tab shows a grid of quantities by location for the selected product. Click a row to select a location; the serial/lot tracking detail below is then filtered to that location.

Additional columns are hidden by default and can be shown through the grid's column customisation, including Location Name, Bin Code, Theoretical (theoretical quantity), the unit-of-measure (UOM) equivalents of each quantity, and Minimum, Maximum and Rec. Reorder levels.
The bottom half of the Stock tab shows serial/lot tracking detail, filtered to the location selected in the grid above. The available tabs depend on whether the product is serial-tracked, lot-tracked, or both:

Each pending-movement class has its own tab next to the Stock tab, with the count of matching movements shown in the tab label (for example, Allocated (3)). The grid shows quantity in/out, source module, class, location, document date, party, document class and effective date by default; further columns (document number, order number, references, comments, print/post status, UOM quantities) can be shown through column customisation. Which tabs appear depends on which modules are installed:

Click a pending-movement row to drill through to its source document where one exists (an Invoicing invoice, an Order Entry order, or a Purchase Orders order). You can also open the source document in a new browser tab from the row's context menu.
