Bin tracking is only available for Accredo Saturn Stock Locations.

This option available if Bin Tracked is selected for a Location.
You can generate a Bin Count batch. Enter selections for the bin count, then click 
Run to generate the bin count.
Location |
Select the bin tracked location for the bin count. |
Bin Code |
Select the bin to be counted. While a bin count is in progress the bin is locked, transactions with tracking detail for the bin may not be posted. |
Period |
Select the Period for the bin count, from the available periods. |
Date |
The date that adjustment transactions will be posted. Must be within the Period selected. Defaults to the System Date. |
Reference |
Enter a reference, if required, to be applied to the bin count. |
Details |
Enter details, if required, to be applied to the bin count. |
Date |
Date of the transactions. Must be within the Period selected. Defaults to the System Date. |
Store Person |
The Store Person associated with the receipt batch. This defaults from the User's Default Store Person Code. |
Generate Lines |
Selected, all Products in stock in the bin will be added as lines for the count. |
Copy Expected to Counted |
When Generate Lines is selected. Selected, the Expected quantity will be copied to the Counted quantity. |
Adjust |
Set the default for generated lines. Selected, the default. Variances will be adjusted into or out of stock when posted. Unselected, nil adjustments are posted for variances with quantities moved from/to the Unspecified bin. |
