SYS Users - Permissions tab

Accredo > File > System > Users > Permissions tab

Set permissions for the System User or Group.

To set folder and option permissions, click a folder, click an option, select a permission, see System User Permissions. A permission can influence others. To set permissions for a group of functions, select the folder containing the group (for example, select the Accredo folder to set permissions for all functions), then select a Permission level from the toolbar. You can also right-click an option to set the Permissions.

The folders show the icon for the highest level of permission within the folder. You can fully expand and collapse the permission folders.

You can select a Group for a User. When a Group is selected, the User assumes the permissions of the Group. The Permissions will be displayed as read-only, and the User's permissions cannot be individually edited. To edit permissions for the Group, select the Group, then enter edit mode. To edit Permissions for an individual User, ensure the User is not part of a Group.

See System User Permissions to list all available permissions. See also SYS Users - User tab.

Note: Write permission for System> User > Permissions allows a user to modify any of their own permissions with the exception of elevating the Permissions permission to Control level.
