You can use Invoicing System (IN) to enter invoices and credits from IN Enter Invoices, or enter transactions in AR. You can edit transactions, when you open AR Transactions, select a Transaction type from the dropdown, you can enter,

• amount and analysis of Sales Invoices (for statement Production).
• amount and analysis of Sales Credits (for statement Production).
• receipts, including banking details for the banking summary.
• AR journals.
