AR Edit Transactions

Transactions can be edited immediately after being entered. Transactions in periods open for posting can be edited by opening them from the transaction tab.

Some transactions can be edited if is available. Edit transactions by selecting them from the transaction inquiry, see AR Customer.

The following transactions cannot be edited:

• Receipts that have been banked.
• Transactions transferred to the GL.
• Transactions sourced from other modules.
• Amounts on partially or fully allocated transactions. To edit the amount on an allocated transaction, click the UNALLOCATE button to unallocate the transaction.
• Transactions affecting an accepted GST return.
