Handy new features in latest release
Version 3.6 features a number of enhancements to the Accredo system. Some of these are a direct result of user feedback, from customers and QSPs, and are designed to make Accredo simpler than ever to use. Here’s a quick rundown on three which will help make your life easier.
Buttons on grid look-up controls
In previous versions of the software, the ‘look up’ buttons on a grid line used to be positioned inside the field and they could obscure the text contained in the field. In the latest version these buttons now float to the right (or left) of the control to avoid obscuring the text field. A user preference allows the new behaviour to be turned off if desired.
Period selection on reports and forms
The latest version makes it easier to select a past period on reports or forms without having to change the selection and enter a period range. The period selection defaults to the current period as normal, but users can now easily look into the past by selecting any period in the From Period drop down.
Label group totals
A selection has been added to the preferences tab in the customisation and analysis definitions area of Accredo’s reports. If selected, this will display grouping fields in italics next to group totals – up to the limit of the space available before the totals start. This is particularly handy on long reports where data runs across several pages making it difficult to relate back to the grouping name on the first page of the report.6 features a number of enhancements to the Accredo system.
