Debra Munro of Top Flight Computers in Auckland use to sell and support a variety of accounting software packages, but has focused solely on Accredo products since about 1997. Why? Because "each one of our clients is unique, and I like the fact that we can customise Accredo software to make it just right for every business, no matter what their size or what industry they are involved in."
In addition to helping to have a little fun along the way, Debra values the input of Accredo as well as her own team in getting the job done. “Accredo are very supportive of their dealers,” she says, “management are always approachable and accommodating of feedback - this attitude flows right through to all of the staff - everyone works to get exactly the right fit for my clients."
Debra sees the Accredo update subscription is an important complement to her role as a qualified support person (QSP) - "We add value by ensuring our clients continue to benefit from new features and functions, while the update subscription actually gives clients input into product development."
