David Scott has over 10 years experience working with Accredo Business Software. His in-depth understanding and knowledge was gained whilst working at Accredo and as a Qualified Support Person.
"During my 5 years at Accredo I worked in Dealer Support and customisations. I was involved in supporting a very wide range of industries and learnt the functionality and reliability of the system to deliver the results required to the end-user," says David.
"As a QSP I specialize in using the Designer modules to build add-ons specific to each business. A call logger, customer reward scheme and product tracking system are a few of the unique designs built to automate customer specific requirements."
