The enhanced functionality of Accredo’s Forms Designer and Report Designer modules, available in the latest release, provide customers with easier access to key information and improved reporting flexibility.
Accredo Version 3.6, has a number of features that make the system easier to use and Accredo QSP John Pronk, of Blue Sky Systems, says he is keen to experiment with the new dashboard and graphing functionality.
“As an accountant graphs don’t really matter much to me, but I know they are a powerful differentiator with customers. Accredo’s graphing capability gives owners a pictorial way of comparing figures and monitoring progress. Columns of figures don’t mean much to non-accountants, but graphs really bring the information alive.”
QSP Jason Weaver of Zeal Systems says the dashboard functionality now available in Forms Designer is an excellent addition to the product. “It is going to help us in the sales process because it ticks off one of the key demands we see from customers; how do I get a quick oversight of all my key performance indicators?”
The dashboard enables users to access up-to-the-minute information in the form of graphs, charts and tables about the activities they need to track on a day-to-day basis. The Accredo dashboards are fully customisable allowing owners to call and display information most pertinent to their business.
