One of the things Accredo's resellers appreciate about the company is the fact we take time to visit them several times a year for a face-to-face catch up. Our Channel Manager, Kevin Carberry, recently completed another whirlwind tour of the country, visiting most of our Qualified Support People. Once again it proved a great opportunity to share information, and hear feedback and suggestions from dealers working at the coal face with customers.
Many of the new features and functions in our accounting software releases come about as a result of ongoing feedback from QSPs and customers, including requests for new features and enhancement suggestions. It's one of the ways we ensure our product continues to meet customer needs.
