Select Company

Select the Company to import Users from.

Note: Companies must have a Company Code to be imported into. If the company does not have one, set a Company Code in Company Details, then in Company Maintenance, click Update Company Code (Alt+C).

Import Permission Groups

Selected, for imported users which do not already exist as System Users if the User being imported has a Permission Group, the Group will also be imported, and the System User's permissions will be set to that Group.

Unselected, Permission Group is not set for imported users.

Grid Fields

Active users for the Company are shown in the grid.

Co User Code

The User Code in the Company.

Co User Name

The User Name in the Company.

Sys User Exists

Indicates if the Co User Code exists as a System User Code.

Sys User Name

The System User Name (allows checking the code match is for the same person).

Sys User Inactive

Indicates if the System User is inactive.

Import

Selected, the User will be imported to the System.

Grid Toolbar

Expand Toolbar (Alt+F9)

Expand the toolbar to give access to all toolbar options. Press Esc to close the expanded toolbar.

Customise (Alt+F5)

Opens Customise Fields, you can customise the fields visible in the grid.

Select user (F4)

Select the user to be imported.

Select all (Shift+F4)

Select all users to be imported.

Unselect user (F3)

Unselect the user for import.

Unselect all (Shift+F3)

Unselect all users.

Import (F9)

Synchronise the selected users from the company into the System.
