You can import users from all Companies as System Users. This is not available when logged into a Company.
You will be asked to confirm before importing.
For Users that do not already exist as System Users:
Users will be imported, and the companies they are imported from will be added to their System User Company List.
If the User being imported has a Permission Group, the Group will also be imported, and the System User's permissions will be set to that Group.
The password will be set to the User password for the first company the user is imported from.
If the User password length is less than the system minimum password length, Change Password will be flagged to force the user to change their password on their next login.
