I need to remove a Company from Accredo.

Accredo > File > Edit Company List

Select the Company, click Delete (F3) to remove the Company from the Accredo menu. The data files for the company will not be removed. Open Windows Explorer and delete the DATA folder for the Company.

The number, date or time formats don't look right.

Change Windows Settings, using the Windows Control Panel.

The time zone is not correct.

Change Windows Settings, using the Windows Control Panel.

I can only see part of the window I am working in, or some of my tools have disappeared off the bottom of my screen.

You may need to Reset Saved Sizes.

I cannot perform an End Of Period.

I get error messages relating to, Video Drivers and Network Card Drivers.

Drivers shipped with Windows may be out of date. Visit the relevant website to download the latest drivers for hardware.
