Printer Troubleshooting

I have an error message relating to Printer Drivers.

Drivers shipped with Windows can be out of date, download the latest Drivers for software/equipment.

The Printer option does not appear in the Destination field of a print dialog box.

No printer installed or selected. Install a printer and / or select a default printer for the workstation:

  1. WINDOWS > START > Settings > Printers
  2. Add a printer or select a default printer.

- OR -

Permissions may not allow printing from Accredo, see Accredo support or your QSP.

The following error message appears when I try to setup custom paper sizes for my dot matrix printer: "Cannot print. [Printer name] does not support User defined paper sizes."

Registry settings for 8.5 x 8" dot matrix forms are supplied on the Accredo Installation media. To add registry settings for a 8.5 x 8" dot matrix form to the print Server:

  1. Insert the Accredo Installation media. Autorun will run.
  2. Select Miscellaneous, then 8.5" x 8" Paper.
  3. Click Yes to allow changes.
  4. Windows message "Are you sure you want to continue?" appears. Click Yes.

"Canvas does not allow drawing" error.

No printer has been installed. Install a printer.
