Record Locked

When a record is locked by another user, the Retrying... dialog is displayed. This shows the User ID and details of the User who has locked the module.

The Windows Code which informs Accredo of the lock is also displayed.

Select All Sessions to see all users in all sessions. You can also go to Accredo > View > Logged-In Users to see this.

You can click Cancel to close the dialog, or leave it open to wait for the module to become unlocked. When the module is unlocked, the dialog closes.

Note: The Terminate button is only enabled if the retrying dialog is displayed due to a network error. This allows the user to break out of a retrying loop if the network loses connection.
