Current Period |
Choose the Current Period before you enter transactions. After transactions have been entered, this can only be changed by using the End Of Period option. |
First Available Period |
The earliest period that can be posted to. Must be earlier than than or equal to Current Period. |
Last Available Period |
The latest period that can be posted to. Must be later than than or equal to Current Period. |
First History Period |
The earliest period history is retained for. |
Retain Years History |
The number of years to store history for. The minimum is 1, which includes the current and last years' data. This setting is used when you prune history. |
Actual Years of History |
The number of years of history actually stored. |
Advance First Available At End Of Period |
Selected, the First Available Period will be automatically advanced during an End Of Period process. |
Advance Last Available At End Of Period |
Selected, the Last Available Period will be automatically advanced during an End Of Period process. |
Last EOP User |
The user who ran the last End Of Period. |
Last EOP Performed |
The date the last End of Period was run. |
JC Last Recovered |
The date the most recent JC file recovery was performed. |
Inactivate Completed Jobs |
Determine when completed jobs are made inactive,

Note: Available periods, i.e. the range of periods between First Available Period and Last Available Period must all be status Open. The periods available to a User are further limited by the User Settings for Prior and Future Periods allowed for Posting.
