Current Period

Choose the Current Period before you enter transactions. After transactions have been entered, this can only be changed by using the End Of Period option.

First Available Period

The earliest period that can be posted to. Must be earlier than than or equal to Current Period.

Last Available Period

The latest period that can be posted to. Must be later than than or equal to Current Period.

First History Period

The earliest period history is retained for.

Retain Years History

The number of years to store history for. The minimum is 1, which includes the current and last years' data. This setting is used when you prune history.

Actual Years of History

The number of years of history actually stored.

Retain Periods of Bin History

Default is 6 periods. The number of periods to store Bin history for. The minimum is 1, which includes the current and last periods' data. Bin tracking history prior to this is removed during End of Period. Serial and Lot tracking is not removed.

Advance First Available At End Of Period

Selected, the First Available Period will be automatically advanced during an End Of Period process.

Advance Last Available At End Of Period

Selected, the Last Available Period will be automatically advanced during an End Of Period process.

Last EOP User

The user who ran the last End Of Period.

Last EOP Performed

The date the last End of Period was run.

IC Last Recovered

The date the most recent IC file recovery was performed.

Inactivate Discontinued Products

Determine when discontinued products are made inactive,

• Manual - discontinued products are not made inactive except when manually edited.
• At EOP - discontinued products which can be made inactive will be made inactive at End of Period.
• At EOY - discontinued products which can be made inactive will be made inactive at End of Year.
